Ralf Allrutz ist selbständiger Berater und
unterstützt junge und etablierte Technologie-Unternehmen dabei, ihre
Wachstums-, Produkt- und Lösungsideen erfolgreich umzusetzen. Er ist der
Meinung, dass “Pretotypen” der richtige Weg ist, den Akteuren mehr Spielraum zu
verschaffen und schneller als bisher unter den vielen Ideen die richtige zu
finden. Gleichzeitig ist er Effecuation-Expert und zertifizierter Scrum-Master.
Zuvor war er mehr als 20 Jahre lang erfolgreich in einem IT-Dienstleistungs-
und Software-Unternehmen tätig, das er 1989 mitgegründet hatte.
Herr Allrutz studierte Physik in Stuttgart und Tübingen
und promovierte in der theoretischen Astrophysik in Tübingen, wo er mit
"computational astrophysics" die Grundlagen für seine späteren
Aktivitäten legen konnte.

Ralf Allrutz
is a freelance coach supporting startups and companies to successfully
implement their growth, product and solution ideas. He considers that
„Pretotyping“ is the right way to offer
stakeholders more space for action and solution finding. He previously worked
for more than 20 years in an IT-service and software company called “science +
computing ag”, which he co-founded in 1989. During this time the company grew
from 7 to 250 employees. The focus of the work was on heterogeneous
it-infrastructure for computer and file server, as well as workstations,
high-performance-computing and several mixtures of free software and proprietary
components.
He studied
physics in Stuttgart and Tübingen and did his PhD in theoretical astrophysics,
focusing on "computational astrophysics”, the basis of his further
activities.

Raissa Benchoufi
verantwortet die Geschäftsführung der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Deutsche Donau. Zuvor
arbeitete sie im Bereich Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit für ein namhaftes
Festival in Brighton, Großbritannien, in der Projektarbeit für die Deutsche
Zentrale für Tourismus e.V. sowie im Destinationsmarketing der Region
Rheinland-Pfalz & Region Frankfurt Rhein-Main.
Frau Benchoufi
studierte Internationales Tourismusmanagement an der University of
Brigthon/Großbritannien.

Raissa Benchoufi is Managing Director of Arbeitsgemeinschaft Deutsche Donau. Before this position she worked in the field of PR & Communication
at a reputable festival in Brighton, Great Britain, in the field of project
management for Deutsche Zentrale für Tourismus e.V. as well as in the field of
Destination Marketing for the region of Rheinland-Pfalz & Frankfurt
Rhein-Main.

Christian Geiger, Grundsatzfragen ulm 2.0 | Zentrale Steuerung/Team IT | Stadt Ulm
Christian Geiger ist seit 2013 im Team IT der
Stadt Ulm für Grundsatzfragen ulm 2.0 verantwortlich. Von 2009 bis 2013 war er
als akademischer Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Verwaltungs- und
Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Zeppelin Universität Friedrichshafen beschäftigt,
an der er zuvor seinen Master of Arts in Public Management & Governance
erworben hat. An der Universität Konstanz studierte Christian Geiger Politik-
und Verwaltungswissenschaften.
Seine Schwerpunktthemen sind Open Government,
Open Data, Smart City, Transparenz, Bürgerbeteiligung, Zusammenarbeit, Open
Innovation, Web 2.0 sowie Social Media.
Christian Geiger, questions of principle ulm 2.0 | Team IT/ City of Ulm
Christian Geiger works in the team IT at the city of Ulm and is responsible for questions of principle ulm 2.0. From 2009 until 2013 he worked at the department of Governance & Business Informatics at the Zeppelin University of Friedrichshafen, where he studied Public Management & Governance. At the University of Koblenz he studied Political & Governance Sciences.
His focus lies
on Open Government, Open Data, Smart City, transparency, public participation,
cooperation, Open Innovation, Web 2.0, Social Media.
Hans-Dieter Zimmermann ist als Dozent für
Wirtschaftsinformatik an der FHS St. Gallen tätig. Seine akademische Laufbahn
begann er als wissenschaftlicher Assistent an der Universität Bamberg. Es
folgten Stationen als Projektleiter am Institut für Wirtschaftsinformatik sowie
am Institut für Medien- und Kommunikationsmanagement, als Leiter des
Forschungsbereiches „Elektronische Märkte“ sowie als Dozent an der Universität
St. Gallen. Zudem war Herr Zimmermann als Lehrstuhlvertreter an den
Universitäten Münster (Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftsinformatik) und Koblenz
(Professur für eBusiness) tätig, anschliessend bis zu seinem Eintritt an der
FHS St. Gallen als Dozent und Leiter des Fachbereichs Informationswissenschaft
an der HTW Chur.
Er studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre in Aachen und
Nürnberg und promovierte 1995 zum Thema der entstehenden
Informationsgesellschaft.
Er ist Mitinitiant und
Mitorganisator des Social Media Snacks sowie aktiv als Blogger.
Dr. Hans-Dieter Zimmermann, lecturer of Bussines Informatics | FHS St. Gallen
Hans-Dieter Zimmermann works as lecturer of Business Informatics at the
University of Applied Sciences in St. Gallen. He began his academic career at
the University of Bamberg and continued to work as a project manager at the
department of Business Informatics and at the department of Media and
Communication Management, as head of the field of research for “Electronical
Markets” as well as lecturer at the University of St. Gallen. Later he worked
as representative of professorship in Business Informatics at the University of
Munster and in eBusiness at the University of Koblenz and as lecturer and head
of the department of Information Science at the HTW Chur before he came back to
St. Gallen.
He studied Business Administration in Aachen and Nuremberg and did his PhD
about information society.
He is one of the co-founder of Social Media Snacks and has his own blog.
